Meet The Doctors

Dr. Thomas J Manzione completed his undergraduate studies at Long Island University at CW Post in 1976 before obtaining his DDS at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, in 1984. He completed a one year General Practice Residency at Staten Island Hospital the following year before opening his practice in Glen Head, New York. 

Dr. Manzione is an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society and the Nassau County Dental Society. He completes an extensive amount of continuing education courses each month to keep up with the latest changes in the dental field. Dr. Manzione has a strong relationship with many of the dental specialists in Nassau County, which provides his patients the opportunity to receive the most comprehensive care.

Dr. Manzione served as the President of the Glen Cove Anglers Club and has served on the Board of Directors for the Glen Cove Junior Footbal League. He has been married to his wife Debbie for 30 years. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his sons, fishing and walking with his dog, Buddy. 

Dr. Manzione is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and completed his dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2019. He was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Dental Student Award which is awarded to a student 'who displayed excellent academic and clinical balance in addition to attributes conductive to exceptionally fine doctor-patient relationships.' During his time in dental school he was clinical and operative dentistry teaching assistant, co-founder of the Italian Dental Association and an active member of the Big Brothers Big Sister Program of Massachusetts. 

Like his father, he completed his general practice residency at Staten Island University Hospital, in June of 2020. During his training he was exposed to numerous complex cases and has prioritized developing a thorough understanding of oral and facial esthetics and occlusion. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, New York State Dental Association and the American Dental Association. In his free time he enjoys running, traveling and is an avid foodie.
